Professional Athlete & Mindset Coach

Danielle Mills is a retired Professional Tennis player turned award winning senior leader of tech company Prodigy, founder and CEO of Headstrong Coaching & Podcast, and an amazon best selling author of her book: How to Master Linkedin: and Separate Yourself from the Masses. Basically, Danielle is amazing. Her mental training as a child professional athlete primed her, along with really good parenting, to grow a mindset that was unshakable and teachable. She is someone who doesn't let the world or circumstances she cannot change, take her down for too long. And she is here to teach others how to do the same.

Mel and Danielle chat about the experiences that made Danielle so strong, what it's like to be a professional athlete, and the tools people can use to advance their own mindsets and hence lives. Her advice to network strong, stay strong, and to get a mentor, are invaluable and worth listening to and repeating over and over! Get out there and find a mentor today! They can be people who you don't know even, but they're so important in self development and you deserve to give them to yourself.  Here is the study that talks about how obesity is actually socially contagious!
